Memorial

Memorial is the stretch of west Houston around Memorial City and Briargrove Park, roughly between I-10 and Buffalo Bayou, and we run service calls through 77024 and 77079 most weeks. The homes here are established, well kept, and older than the suburbs out west, which means the repair list is different: original wood trim that has swollen where water found it, doors that bind as frames settle, and hardware that wore out decades ago.

We do the carpentry and interior work those houses need: stuck and rubbing doors, loose railings and balusters, patchy drywall, dated light fixtures and cabinet hardware, and the paint touch-ups that follow.
